Energy & Boundaries Compass
Name what strengthens you. Name what drains you. Name what you need.
This game asks about your energy and your needs. You choose what to share and what to keep private. There are no wrong answers. You will not be asked to disclose personal health information, diagnoses, or private circumstances.
Energy is not willpower, it is a resource, governed by a ratio between what depletes it and what replenishes it. This compass helps you see that ratio clearly.
You will sort energy cards before naming what you need. This sequence is deliberate: mapping what you already have and what costs you the most produces more specific, useful answers than jumping straight to "what should I change."
The four directions separate two types of need: limits you set yourself (boundaries) and support you ask others for. Research shows these require different strategies. Mixing them up leads either to isolation or to over-dependence.
