How we handle your data

Slí Nua Nexus is a public catalogue of reflective games and team tools. Most experiences can be played anonymously in the browser with no account. A small administrative area is used by the Slí Nua team to publish and curate tools.

These are educational tools, not clinical instruments. We do not collect personal health information.

• Game activity: when you play a game we may store the responses you type, the cards you draw, and an optional first name or team code you choose. These are tied to a session, not to your identity.
• Anonymous play counts: we log which game was opened, in which language, and whether it was completed, to understand which tools are useful.
• Waitlist: if you join a waitlist for an upcoming collection you provide an email address. We use it only to notify you about that collection.

We do not ask for your real name, address, date of birth, or health information. Do not paste sensitive personal information into game responses.

• Players access games without an account. No sign-in is required to play.
• The administrative area uses email/password and Google sign-in, with role-based access enforced in the database. Roles are stored in a dedicated table and checked server-side.
• Row-level security is enabled on every database table. The waitlist and play logs are only readable by administrators.

Slí Nua Nexus is built and hosted on Lovable Cloud, which provides the application runtime, database, and authentication services. Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with encryption at rest and HTTPS in transit. Lovable Cloud is the underlying platform; this page is not a Lovable certification.

• Platform (Lovable Cloud): infrastructure, managed database, authentication primitives, transport encryption.
• App owner (Slí Nua Innovation Lab): what data is collected, access policies, content of the games, response to user requests.
• You: keep your account credentials private if you have one, and avoid entering sensitive personal information into open-text game prompts.

Game session data is kept so facilitators can revisit team outputs. If you want a specific session or waitlist entry deleted, email us with enough detail to identify the record (for example the team code, the approximate date, or the email you used to join the waitlist).

We do not run third-party advertising trackers. The app uses functional storage in your browser to keep you signed in (only if you use the administrative area) and to remember your language choice.
