Change is a pathway, not a single decision.

This pathway follows the sequence that research in coaching science and positive psychology has found most effective for moving through a real challenge.
You name your resources before your blockers — not the other way around. This is intentional. Seeing what you already have first changes how you see what's in the way.
The final step is not a goal. It is an implementation intention — a specific action, named in enough detail that your brain treats it as a commitment rather than a wish.
