Values are not goals. You never arrive at "courage" or "fairness" — you move toward them through specific actions. This game holds those two things separate and builds the bridge between them.

You will choose three values, then immediately translate each into one concrete action for this week. Not a resolution — an implementation intention: specific enough that your brain treats it as a commitment rather than a wish.

The constraints check is not an excuse list. It is a scientific intervention. Research consistently shows that people fail to act on their values not because of weak character, but because of real situational factors. Naming them reframes constraint as context — and context, unlike character, can be worked with.
